Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of successful payment. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery
Delivery time depends on your location, courier availability and weather. You receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp once your order ships.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.
International orders
We ship internationally from India. Customers outside India are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges levied on arrival. These are not included in the price paid at checkout.
Customers in the United States can also order through Amazon.com, and customers in India through Amazon.in, where Amazon’s own delivery terms apply.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will follow it up with the courier.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost.
