  1. Online Orders: Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days after successful payment.
  • Shipping may vary depending on the location, courier availability, and weather.

No Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of organic food-grade products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Once delivered and opened, the product cannot be restocked due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Exceptions:

  • Products damaged during transit (must be reported with unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery)
  • Wrong product received (report within 48 hours)

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  1. Export Policy & Compliance

We serve bulk buyers globally with proper certifications and documentation:

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for exports: 25 KG per product

Packaging Options

  • 25 kg | 50 kg | Custom bulk packaging

Payment Terms

  • 100% Advance (or as mutually agreed)
  • Bank Transfer / LC / Secure Payment Gateway

Shipping Terms

  • We offer: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP as per buyer’s requirements
  • Air or sea shipping available

Import Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Understanding their country’s import regulations
  • Ensuring they have necessary licenses or approvals
  • Paying any duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges at their end

Refunds for Export Orders

  • No refund once production or shipping is initiated
  • If export is delayed or canceled from our end, we’ll offer refund or reschedule as per buyer’s request
